We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for regular services. For emergency repairs, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the Greater Vancouver area, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, and surrounding communities. For locations outside this area, please contact us for availability.

How long does a typical service take?

Service times vary depending on the instrument and the work required. A basic guitar setup typically takes 1-2 hours, while a piano tuning may take 2-3 hours.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes, we stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the service, we'll return to address any issues at no additional cost within 30 days.
